PoD Privacy Policy
PoD ("we", "us", "our") operated by Shenzhen Zhibo Data Technology Co., Ltd. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect

2. Data we do NOT collect
- No precise or coarse location
- No contacts, SMS, call log, or browsing history
- No advertising identifier (IDFA / Google Advertising ID)
- No biometric data
- No cross-app tracking
3. How we use your data
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in
- Show your profile and content in the app
- Verify your task submissions
- Diagnose crashes and improve reliability
- Comply with legal obligations
We do NOT sell your personal data. We do NOT use it for advertising.

We do not share your data with any other third party.
5. Data retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Crash reports are retained for 90 days then anonymized aggregates only.
- When you delete your account (see §7), we erase your email, display name, avatar, and link to OAuth providers within 30 days. We retain anonymized records where required for fraud prevention and audit.
6. Security
- All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
- Authentication tokens are stored in iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences.
- Account passwords (admin only) are stored as bcrypt hashes.
- We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection.
7. Your rights (account deletion)
You can:
- Access your data: open Profile in the app.
- Correct your data: edit your profile in the app.
- Delete your account: Profile → Delete Account (irreversible).
- Export your data: email [email protected].
- Withdraw consent: by deleting your account.
GDPR users: you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We process data based on contract (your account) and legitimate interest (security).
8. Children
PoD is not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. International data transfers
Our servers are located in Singapore. By using PoD outside Singapore, you consent to transferring your data to Singapore. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA / UK.
10. Changes to this policy
We will notify you in the app at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
