PoD User Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Shenzhen Zhibo Data Technology Co., Ltd ("PoD", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or signing in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PoD.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). For users in the European Economic Area, the minimum age is 16 unless your country sets a lower threshold.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Keep your credentials secure and notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Rewards and credits
Credits and USD rewards earned through verified tasks are internal points unless explicitly redeemed under a separately published redemption policy. Fraudulent activity (multi-account abuse, automated submissions, fake evidence) will result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
5. Your content
- You retain ownership of any content (photos, videos, audio) you upload.
- You grant PoD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely for operating the service.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, harassing, or sexually explicit content, or content that depicts other people without their consent.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the API
- Bypassing security or rate limits
- Using PoD for any illegal purpose
- Submitting fake or manipulated task evidence
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice unless legally prohibited.
8. Disclaimers
PoD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoD's total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Shenzhen.
11. Changes
We will notify you in-app at least 7 days before material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
